Workforce - Workers buyout

Workers buyout is the take-over of a company made by employees of the company itself. Following the 2008 economic crisis, the workers buyout phenomenon has also begun to involve the Italian companies often following liquidation or bankruptcy. To date there are some 50 companies saved in the last five years, 1200 jobs and 178 million of Euro left on the market.
